RECIPE:
250 ml milk
1 egg
100 ml vegetable oil (I have refined olive oil)
120 g sugar for a sweet filling (or 2 tablespoons for a savory one)
1/2 tsp salt
8-10 g instant yeast
500 g flour (+/-) + for sprinkling the table
2 tsp vanilla sugar (or 1/3 tsp vanillin)

FILLING:
Cherries, apricots, strawberries, sweet cherries, etc.
In winter - apples, cut into pieces and lightly stewed with cinnamon,
In a pie 1/2 tsp. sugar + corn starch (for convenience, add 3 tsp of starch to a bowl with 60 g of sugar)
