The gas station in Princess Bubblegum’s story of 800 years ago tells its own tragic tale, if you look closely enough that is. Adventure Time always manages to have detailed and interesting background scenery, but the episode “Bonnibel Bubblegum” might just pack the most depressing tale of the bunch. Environmental storytelling at its finest!
