Hey guys… so a promise I made myself for 2022 was to put my health first over work, something I’ve never really done and unfortunately this has to include the podcast. I’m still going to be putting out episodes but just one a week for the next couple of months but then the plan is to go back to normal asap and at some point, even go to 3 a week.
