To make the zucchini roll:
Zucchini - 550 g (3 small ones)
Flour - 3 tbsp.
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Sour cream - 1 tbsp. with a slide
Egg - 3 pcs. (2 large)

Filling:
Processed cheese - 3 pcs. (210 g)
Mayonnaise or sour cream - to taste
Garlic - 2 cloves
Tomato - 2 pcs.

1. Grate zucchini. Add 0.5 tsp. salt, mix and leave for 5 minutes.
2. Squeeze out the liquid from the zucchini. Add eggs, sour cream and flour. Mix until smooth.
3. Lay on parchment and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
4. Grate processed cheese. Chop the garlic. Add mayonnaise to taste.
5. Thinly slice the tomato.
6. Lubricate the cooled zucchini cake, put the tomato slices, roll into a roll.
7. Wrap the roll in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
8. Cut into portions.
