Ingredients for 12 buns:
300-320 g flour
100 g milk
100 g sugar
50 g butter (room temperature)
1 egg + 1 more for greasing before baking
30 g fresh yeast “Dukhmyana Khata”
0.25 tsp salt
a generous pinch of saffron (alternatively Imeretian saffron or turmeric)
24 raisins
