🍴Ingredients
1,5 lb pumpkin (unpeeled)
50-70 g celery root
3-4 potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 large eggplant or 2 small ones
1 zucchini
1 sweet pepper
1 onion
1 head of garlic
4 tbsp vegetable oil
salt and pepper
water or broth - to the desired consistency
For serving: cream or sour cream, pumpkin seeds, dried bread or crackers
