I checked if you do this on any Character's Alt. Colors the Ball does change, probably possible to get some super weird looking ones. But iam not doing that.

Normal-Sol And Order-Sol Balls are the exact same sprite but Normal have a little darker shade of red. (Which is close to impossible to see in game without looking at the sprites separately)
