Buttermilk Biscuits are exactly what's needed to round off this southern meal. Biscuits are so easy to make, I made them start to finish in less than 30 minutes. They are flakey, tender, buttery, and just perfection 👌 everyone has a recipe, but sometimes there are too much baking powder or soda that give it a metallic taste, not these though. Everything is just perfect, and I love to use salted butter, as with everything, and still add some salt to the mix depending on what you like.

Buttermilk Biscuits:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup salted butter, cold, shredded
1 cup + 3 tablespoons buttermilk
