Ap Lei Chau Market (https://maps.app.goo.gl/AnU9QghRLHsBT...) - To begin this Hong Kong seafood tour we started off at Ap Lei Chau Market where we bought some fresh seafood before going upstairs to the food court. Thereā€™s an amazing restaurant at the top where they will cook your seafood, and itā€™s as fresh as possible, and extremely delicious.

Hing Kee Restaurant (https://maps.app.goo.gl/GdFtni2BgX6QD...) - We met up with Eugene, at his family restaurant where. His Grandfather originally cooked crab on a boat in Hong Kong harbor, and they made the original Hong Kong Typhoon Shelter Crab. The recipe has since evolved into a mountain of fried crispy garlic, but to my surprise the original recipe is mainly based on fermented black bean sauce. You have try both versions!

Sampan Boat Restaurant - Finally Virginia we had one more seafood restaurant this time, on a boat with the typhoon shelter of Hong Kong to get a glimpse of the real history.
