In today's Josh Talks Hindi, Nidhi is with us, who took the first step to realize her dreams. In 2013, while working as a software engineer, Nidhi gave birth to her son. She thought she would continue her job and also take care of her son, but soon she realized that her son was struggling without her. So she quit her job and devoted herself to taking care of her son.

Over the past 6 years, while working with her son, Nidhi felt she had not spent much time on herself. He expressed his desire to do something to boost his confidence. His grandmother used to make various Ayurvedic products at home and they were very good. Nidhi used his anti-hairfall oil recipe and started making it at home and sharing it with her friends.

Everyone liked it very much and encouraged Nidhi to sell it online. And now she is the founder of ‘NIDHI'S GRANDMAA SECRET’. They started with just hair oil and today they have a whole range of hair care products that people love.

These products are completely hand-made, without any artificial chemicals, and help strengthen and nourish your hair.

Nidhi has a loving husband and supportive family, but she believes that every woman should be financially independent in this world. It doesn't matter how you start or when you start. What matters is that you have taken the first step towards achieving your dreams.
