The VeRelief Mini is a portable and discreet vagus nerve stimulator. But the device I used required reclining and wearing a sleep mask- hard things to pull off in public. This VeRelief Mini is tiny and just needs to be held up to your neck- no closed eyes required (though with the relaxation you feel you may have a hard time keeping your eyes open).
