Although breathing is an involuntary function of the nervous system, and requires no thought, learning how to actually control our breath in times of stress, and learning how to take full advantage of deep breathing can have a profound impact on our lives. Rajiv has been practicing yoga for twenty years and in this video he shares two breathing exercises that he practices regularly.
