In this video I show you my personally preferred way of safely unpacking and sanitizing my groceries after my weekly grocery trip during pandemic.
I personally choose to err on the side of caution when it comes to COVID-19. Not necessarily because I'm "scared" of the virus. I'm unsure of how it would impact me. I have an autoimmune condition, so I could get really sick, or even die, and there's absolutely no way of knowing how it would present in me. On the other hand, I could have already had it by now and gotten better. I could even have it right now, and be asymptomatic. Either way, this is important to me, not because of ME, but because if I can keep myself from getting this virus, then I can greatly reduce the odds of others around me getting it. This kind of caution saves lives, and I'm willing to put in the work to keep others safe, and flatten the curve.
