Today's video I want to cover the 4 main withdrawals symptoms you'll face and how to overcome them from my experience.

The four main withdrawals are insomnia, irritability, cravings and lack of appetite. These symptoms are usually why most end up relapsing.

So today I want to share with you my life hacks which worked to fight these ugly symptoms starting with my least favorite insomnia

1. Insomnia, if you're not sleeping at night and laying awake in bed for hours it's because your circadian rhythm is out of tune. That's your internal clock which tells your body it's time to sleep.

So to fight the insomnia I recommend you take Melatonin because it will tell your internal clock it's time to sleep. You'll feel very relaxed and sleepy after taking it. It's crucial for the first week to be able to sleep well.

2. Irritability, for the first week it's ok to go a little bi-polar. I remember yelling at an Avocado because I snapped during the first week. This is because your brain cannot gauge how to react to any levels of stress, so it overreacts to everything.

So I would recommend Valerian Root which is a natural supplement. It worked wonders for me! The way it works is by inhibiting the part of your brain which is responsible for processing stress and fear.

It will take away anxiety and keep you peaceful because you won't have hardly any stress compared to before. This is how you overcome irritability.

3. Cravings, it's common to have 3 to 4 episodes a day where you get very intense cravings for weed. I found taking cbd would get rid of all of my cravings because it activates the endocannabanoid system.

It's like you smoked but without smoking or any of the thc. I recommend cbd for the first three weeks to alleviate cravings and then stopping that as well all together. It's much easier to quit cbd than smoking. So use the cbd as a crutch to fight cravings because it WORKS!

4. Lack of appetite, this one is a tough one because there's nothing you can really take. So I recommend eating every two hours, just a small meal. Similar to the diet of a baby. Fruits and yogurts. Simple foods which are easy on the stomach.

You'll have to push forward because there's not much you can take for your appetite. However the good news is that it doesnt last long. Each day after the third day with smoking, you'll slowly start to eat more and more.

Hope these 4 life hacks help! Am really thankful to have you here. Please hit that like button and subscribe to the channel if you haven't already!
