Mapping and exploring a 20 year old journal that marked my deteriorating into psychosis.. At this point, I recognize this word salad is almost complete nonsense. There are ideas and feelings, but I was a mess. It was trying to make understanding out of chaos and disorder.

This first video is a deep dive into the journal I was writing in grade 11 and 12.

The writing and drawings explored in the videos published today, this one and 5 Shorts, belong to a period from 20+ years ago.

I've saved this journal, but have not looked at it too much. It's a mess to try to sort out, but a glance reveals my own conclusion that I was so incredibly stressed out and frustrated.
