Shaylas Homeschool Homestead Family BREAD RECIPE
1 cup active sourdough starter
1 cup warm water
2 teaspoons salt
0 to 3 tablespoons sugar
0 to 1/2 cup butter, palm fruit shortening, or healthy fat/oil
3.5 to 4 cups Flour (New bakers should use closer to 4 to make it easier)

Mix and follow instructions in video for kneading if using same day, or stretching and folding if proofing in the fridge 12 or more hours.
