To make a berry pie:
* Mold diameter 20 cm
Egg - 2 pcs.
Flour - 2 cups (240 g)
Sugar - 3/4 - 1 cup (150-200 g)
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Baking powder - 7 g (heaped teaspoon)
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Milk - 8 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 8 tablespoons
Berries - 300 g + 1 tablespoon flour

1. Mix egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, milk, vegetable oil. Add flour and baking powder, mix well.
2. Add a little flour to the berries, mix.
3. Add the berries to the dough, mix very gently.
4. Line the bottom of the mold with parchment, grease the sides with butter.
5. Transfer the dough to the mold.
6. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. If you use frozen berries, the baking time will increase, check the readiness with a wooden skewer. It should come out completely dry without any wet dough residue.
7. Sprinkle the cake with icing sugar.
