Recipe:
pork (pork belly) - 1800 g
light beer - 500 ml
soy sauce - 50 ml
pepper mixture - 1/2 tsp
provencal herbs - 1 tsp
dried garlic - 1 tsp
paprika - 1 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
fry over high heat on both sides until golden brown
simmer in beer for 1.30-2 hours
turn from time to time
let cool
Keep refrigerated
