This is one way to cook pork ribs. You can use beef, pork or lamb ribs for this recipe. I don't fry pork ribs anymore! Even my guests were surprised when they tried it! Cooking recipe and ingredients:

800g pork ribs.
(You can also use beef or lamb ribs).
Rinse well and remove the film from the pork ribs.

1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon ground coriander.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 tablespoons soy sauce.
2 tablespoons mayonnaise.

Cover with cling film.
Let marinate for 2 hours (beef and lamb ribs 5-8 hours).
Grease a baking tray with oil.
White cabbage leaves.
Place on the bottom of the baking tray.
Lay out the cabbage leaves in two layers.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
2 hours later.
Mix well.
Place the marinated ribs with onions on the cabbage.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 50-60 minutes.
Tip: If the ribs start to burn, cover them with foil.
Chop the lettuce leaves.
Place arugula leaves on top.
Chop 1/2 red onion.
First, squeeze the onions well.
2 red peppers.
1 cucumber.
4 tomatoes.
Chop a bunch of parsley.
Boiled quail eggs.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon oregano.
1 teaspoon mustard.
Juice of half a lemon.
Mix well.
