🍴Steak
thick pieces of beef (cut and quantity - at your discretion)
a little oil for frying and crusting
2 z. garlic and butter for packaging
thyme or rosemary - optional
salt and pepper

🍴Liver Pate
400 g liver
100 g hunting sausages
150 g butter
150 g of port wine (can be replaced with any dessert wine or 75 g of cognac + 75 g of water and a little sugar or honey)
3 eggs
1 onion
0.5 tsp (3 g) salt
40 g blue cheese for half of the pâté (optional)

🍴Knuckle
1 shank (I have 2 kg)
18 g salt
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp coriander
8 garlic cloves
4 bay leaves
For glaze:
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp mild mustard
a little salt and juice from the shank
