Ingredients:
Orange with peel - 200 g
Milk or water - 40 g
Vegetable oil - 50 g
Sugar - 120 g
Eggs - 2 pieces
Flour - 130 g
Starch - 30 g
Baking powder - 7 g
Salt - 0.5 g

Preparation
1. Combine sifted flour with salt, baking powder and any starch. Mix.
2. Well washed orange, preferably organic, cut into small pieces, remove all seeds.
3. Add milk and vegetable oil, grind with a blender until smooth.
4. Add sugar to taste and eggs, beat for 2 minutes.
5. Add flour mixture in two steps and mix thoroughly.
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 160 ° C on a medium level without convection for 40-50 minutes.
7. Remove the cake from the mold and cool completely.
8. Optionally cover with chocolate fondant and garnish with candied fruits.
