Lean bagels without eggs and milk - fast, easy and budget

😊 Hello everyone! Thank you for visiting my channel and thank you for your support!
RECIPE for bagels:
200 g water
130 g vegetable oil (I have olive oil)
3-4 st. l. Sahara
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
330-360 g flour (2.5 cups with a capacity of 250 ml)

PREPARATION: add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar to warm water, mix thoroughly, pour in vegetable oil (I have refined olive oil). Mix flour with baking powder, add to liquid mixture. Knead the dough. It is pleasant, does not stick to hands. We divide into 2-3 parts. Roll each one out into a circle. You need to roll it very thinly - it will be tastier. We cut into sectors, put a little stuffing on the edge, turn into a bagel. Put them on a baking sheet close to each other - they do not increase much. If desired, you can grease with yolk (1 yolk + 2 tsp milk or water) Bake for 20-25 minutes, they will not be ruddy, so do not overdry. Chilled bagels can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Filling:
defrosted cherries
thick jam
apples, chopped and stewed with cinnamon (boil for a few minutes until soft)
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Starch and sugar for cherries

PREPARING THE FILLING:
▶Cut the filling apples into small pieces, add 0.5 tsp of cinnamon. Add 60-100 ml of water to the bottom of a small saucepan, cover with a lid and simmer for several minutes until the apples are soft.
▶If using cherries, defrost and keep in a colander to drain the juice (and it will constantly stand out). Sprinkle starch on the bagel 1/4 tsp. +1/4 tsp Sahara.
▶If jam, then it should be very thick. Better jam
