Set in 1980’s Apartheid South Africa, this film pokes fun at the Group Areas Act legislation which classified people into four racial groups, natives, whites, coloureds and Indians. Residential areas were segregated based on skin colour and often enforced by forcibly removing a group from one area to another. A nominated parliamentary candidate drinks a dodgy mixture which turns his skin green. He is classified as green, and is no longer allowed to live in his white suburb.
