Dough 3 to 1:
3 cups flour
1 cup liquid ingredients: 1 egg + 1 tbsp. vegetable oil + warm water
Salt - 0.5 tsp.

Pork - 500 g
Lard - 100 g
Onion - 200 g
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Ground black pepper - to taste
Cold water - 70 ml
