Homemade mini pizzas on fluffy dough! VERY tasty and simple!

Homemade mini pizzas on fluffy yeast dough. You can make absolutely any filling to your liking.


🍕 To make mini pizza:
Pizza dough (6 mini pizzas):
Warm milk - 150 g
Flour - 220-240 g (how much the dough will take)
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/3 tsp
Vegetable oil - 20 g
Dry yeast - 3 g (1 tsp without a slide; if you use live yeast, then 9 g)

Pizza filling:
Sausage - 180 g
Ketchup - 6 tablespoons
Mayonnaise to taste
Onions - 0.5 pcs.
Cheese - 100-120 g

1. Add sugar, some flour and yeast to warm milk. Stir and leave in a warm place for 5-10 minutes to activate the yeast. If the dough begins to grow and foam, then the yeast is good and you can continue.
2. Add vegetable oil, salt to the dough, add flour in parts, kneading soft and elastic dough. Don't add too much flour.
3. Round the dough, put in a bowl, cover with cling film and put in a warm place for 40-60 minutes. During this time, the dough should fit well and increase in volume by 2 times.
4. Divide the dough into 6 parts, round each part into a ball. Cover with cling film or a towel to prevent the dough from drying out.
5. We take the ball, which was rolled up first, and form a round cake with a diameter of about 10-12 cm from it.
6. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
7. Cut onion into small cubes, sausage into large cubes. Grate the cheese.
8. Grease the pizza bases with ketchup, lay out the filling, add mayonnaise if desired. Sprinkle with cheese.
9. Bake for 20-22 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
