It's brilliantly simple! Delicious rice that doesn't stick together

Delicious rice with a creamy taste. The rice does not stick together.


To make the perfect rice:
Rice - 400g (2 cups)
Water - 600g (3 cups) - Rice to water ratio 1: 1.5
Salt to taste
Butter - 40-70 g (can be replaced with vegetable)

1. Rinse the rice well in cold water until transparent. Transfer the rice to a colander and drain.
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Put the rice and fry for 2-4 minutes, stirring until each rice is covered with butter. Salt to taste
3. Cover the rice with water, cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat and cook for 20-30 minutes until the rice is fully cooked. Do not lift the lid so that the moisture does not evaporate. Stir the finished rice and serve as a side dish.
