Texas Baked Pork Shank Recipe – My grandfather taught me this great trick.
Thank you for checking out my Texas Pork Knuckle recipe that my grandfather taught me. A delicious and easy dinner recipe that men especially like. In this video I took two pork knuckles and fried them Texas style with a great marinade. This is an inexpensive dinner recipe that any cook can make. This is by far one of the tastiest pork knuckle recipes I have ever tasted. The taste of these pork knuckles was so meaty and their own juices took the taste to a whole new level. Cooking recipe and ingredients:

2 pork knuckles.
Rinse well and dry.
Make the cuts as shown in the video.
Make cuts in a different direction.
Salt.
Rub salt well.
Rosemary sprigs.
Cover with cling film.
Leave on for 3 hours.
3 tablespoons oil.
Save the rosemary sprigs for later use.
Fry until golden brown on all sides over medium heat.
Place in a heatproof bowl.
Fry the second pork knuckle in the same way until golden brown on all sides.
2 teaspoons paprika.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
2 teaspoons mustard.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well until a smooth mixture is formed.
Grease the surface with the prepared sauce.
Chop 1 onion.
3-4 stalks of celery.
Crush 6 cloves of garlic with a knife.
Fry over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until soft.
Add rosemary sprigs.
500 ml light beer.
Cover and bake in the oven at 190°C for 2 hours.
60 ml vegetable oil.
400g washed rice.
Fry over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes.
Add 600 ml water.
Add 1 teaspoon salt and mix well.
Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, add 100 g of green peas from the jar and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes.
After 2 hours, remove the rosemary sprigs.
Turn the pork knuckles over.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for another 15-20 minutes.
Our delicious dinner is ready.
