This pork ribs recipe surprised all my guests.
I don't fry pork ribs anymore! Delicious dinner for the whole family. I have never eaten such a delicious dinner. This is one way to cook pork ribs. Cooking recipe and ingredients:

3.5kg pork ribs.
Rinse well and dry with a paper towel.
Trim the meat from the pork ribs to use in another recipe.
We remove the film from the ribs.
Make cuts between the ribs.
Rotate the ribs the other way.
We make shallow cuts.
Place on a baking sheet.
150 ml soy sauce.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon ground coriander.
1 teaspoon paprika.
1 teaspoon mustard.
1 teaspoon grainy mustard.
2 teaspoons honey.
7-8 cloves of garlic.
1/3 teaspoon chili flakes.
Squeeze the juice of a lemon.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Lubricate well with the prepared marinade.
Turn over and grease the other side.
Cover with cling film.
Let marinate for 5-6 hours.
6 hours later.
Tie tight with twine.
Place on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
Bake in the oven for 2 hours at 180°C.
1 carrot.
1 zucchini.
1 eggplant.
1 red pepper.
2 onions.
7-8 cloves of garlic.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon oregano.
2-3 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
Cut 3 potatoes.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon paprika.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Add potatoes to vegetables.
5 tomatoes.
Rosemary sprigs.
Cover with foil.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 50 minutes.
2 hours later.
Remove the foil.
Brush with the remaining marinade.
Bake for another 20 minutes at 180°C.
50 minutes later.
Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes at 180°C.
Our delicious and very aromatic dinner is ready.
