Eggplant - 1 kg.
Cucumber-1 PC .
Bulgarian pepper-100g.
Carrots - 1 PC.
Dill-60-70 gr.
Garlic-6 teeth.
Vegetable oil - 7 tablespoons.
Vinegar essence 70% - 2 tsp.
Coriander-2 tsp.
Paprika-1 teaspoon.
Chilli pepper - to taste.
Black pepper-to taste.
Sugar - 1 tbsp(to taste can add 1 tbsp.)
Salt-1 teaspoon.
Soy sauce-2 full tablespoons.The salad,stir, taste,adjust salt soy sauce.I added 2 more tablespoons.
