130 ml. milk
1 tsp soda
0.5 tsp vinegar
100 ml. boiling water

* from this quantity I got 4 cakes with a diameter of 26 cm

Cream:
400-500 g sour cream 20% fat
1 can of boiled condensed milk - 350 g
Absolutely any cake cream is suitable!

Glaze:
2 tbsp. milk
30 g butter
70 g chocolate
