RECIPE:
Pork legs and knuckles, can be replaced with the back leg of beef, chicken legs.
Chicken 2 -2.5 hours.
Pork 4 -4.5 hours.
Beef-6 hours.

I do everything by eye.
Beef-1.5 kg.
Pork legs - 4 PCs.
Pork knuckle - 2 PCs.
Chicken legs - 2 PCs (800 gr.)
Water-on 2-3 centimeters higher meat.
Carrots - 1 PC.
Onion-2 PCs.
Salt-to taste.
Bay leaf-to taste.
Black pepper allspice - to taste.
