This chicken neck recipe surprised all my guests.

Cooking recipe and ingredients:

1 kg chicken neck.
Remove skin and rinse well.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
1 teaspoon paprika.
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
80 ml soy sauce.
3 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Cover with cling film.
Let marinate for 2 hours.
2 hours later.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil 20 g butter.
Fry marinated chicken necks over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Chop 2 onions.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil 20 g butter.
Fry the onion over medium heat until translucent.
Add fried onions.
2 tablespoons white yogurt.
1 teaspoon mustard.
Mix well.
Add 100 ml water and bring to the boil.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes.
Cut 150 g red cabbage.
200 g white cabbage.
1 small carrot, grated.
1 red pepper.
2 tomatoes.

Mix well.
