Quick and easy recipe for soft, moist apple walnut cake

For the filling:

Peel 3 apples.
Grate the apples.
Grind 60 g of walnuts.
Place the grated apples in a heated pan.
80g sugar.
Mix everything together.
Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Add 60g ground walnuts.

For the test:

1 chicken egg.
1 egg white.
100 ml milk.
100 ml vegetable oil.
150 g soft butter.
1/3 teaspoon salt.
Mix everything well.

80g powdered sugar.
160 g potato starch.
4g vanillin.
7g baking powder.
Mix everything well.

Sift 400 g flour.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Place the dough on the table.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 20 minutes.

Place the dough on the parchment.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Dough diameter 33 cm.
Cut off the edge of the dough.
Make 16 slits in the dough.
Fold the dough like I did.
Place the dough on a baking tray with baking paper.

Mix egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of milk.
Brush with a mixture of egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Place walnuts on the dough.
Repeat after me.
Pour apple filling onto the dough.
Distribute the filling evenly over the dough.

Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
