✅ Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 grams of sugar (6 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla
100 grams of butter (7 tablespoons)
100 grams of yogurt (4.5 tablespoons)
240 grams flour (1.5 cups + 1 tbsp)
10 grams of baking powder (2 tsp)
4 apples
Bake in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
Spread with apricot jam.
