I haven't eaten sugar for over a year! Dessert Without sugar in 5 minutes! VEGAN recipe for the whole family. Very tasty and incredibly simple. Cook with us and have a good mood! A simple recipe for delicious sweets.

4.2 oz (120 g) dates. 1.8 oz (50 g) dried apricots. 1 oz (30 g) dried plums.
Pour hot water and leave for 15 minutes.
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds.
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
1/2 cup (50 g) walnuts.
1/4 cup (30 g) cashews.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Finely chop the nuts with a knife.
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Zest of 1 lemon.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
Form into walnut-sized balls.
Wet your hands with water.

The result is an incredibly tasty and healthy dessert without white sugar.
