150 g sugar
2-3 proteins
ADDITIONALLY you can:
liquid jam, honey, dried fruits, nuts, jam berries. I added 200 g of strawberry jam to poppy seeds. The sweeter the filling, the tastier it is. Taste the filling before adding the proteins. Not sweet poppy - not tasty, press.
