220 g of flour

8 g baking powder

The chocolate cake is baked for about 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius at an average level without convection. We check with a wooden skewer, it should remain dry and clean.

70-100 ml of milk for impregnation of cakes

300 ml of chilled whipping cream with a fat content of at least 30%
250 g of chilled mascarpone
300 g of chilled cream cheese
100 g powdered sugar
16 g vanilla sugar
sponge cake crumbs (for half of the cream mass)
