A cup of oatmeal and apples. No sugar and no flour! Healthy diet pie recipe. I haven't eaten sugar for a year! Delicious and very simple. Prepare good and healthy recipes with us! An easy and simple recipe for delicious apple pie with oatmeal. Very simple and incredibly tasty.

1 cup (110 g) rolled oats or prepared oat flour.
3 apples.
3 eggs, separate yolks from whites.
2.1 oz (60 g) coconut sugar or any other sweetener.

1 teaspoon baking powder.
Gradually add the beaten egg whites and mix slowly.
8 inch (21 cm) baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 35-40 minutes.

Recipe No. 2.
3 large or 5 medium apples.
1 cup (240 ml) sour yogurt.
2 eggs.
A few drops of vanilla. A pinch of salt. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
2 cups (200 g) rolled oats.
Spread a thin layer of mascarpone or cream cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 45-55 minutes.
