To make Spinach Roll with Cream Cheese and Red Fish:
Egg - 3 pcs.
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Spinach - 150 g
Flour - 50 g

Cream cheese Philadelphia - 300 g
Red fish - 200-250 g
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

1. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
2. Add the yolks to the spinach. Both fresh and frozen spinach will do. Add salt. Grind with a blender.
3. Add flour.
4. Separately, beat the whites until a white, stable foam. Add proteins to spinach.
5. Flatten the dough on the parchment to make a rectangle.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
7. Cover the spinach biscuit with a towel.
8. Add lemon juice to cream cheese. Brush the crust with cream cheese. Lay out the fish pieces. Roll up, wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
9. Cut the roll into pieces.
