Michelle Cyca with BC Schizophrenia Society interviews me about my videos for the "Bust A Schizophrenia Myth" contest. Telling my mental health story, we also discuss mental health stigma and mental health education.

May 24 2020 was World Schizophrenia Awareness Day so we're shining the spotlight on #SchizophreniaFacts and asking how we can #SmashStigma.

BC Schizophrenia Society aims to raise mental health awareness. Attempting to ease the suffering in silence of millions with the condition, we're trying together to defeat stereotypes and build strength through adversity.

Thanks BCSS for reaching out to have this interview and supporting me to record and publish it!
