ARM CIRCLES

EXPLANATION
In this next move, were going to raise our arms to the side and make 20 small circles in each direction. Stand with your legs shoulder width apart. Stretch your arms straight out, parallel to the floor, muscles tight. Keep your abs tight and chin up, looking straight ahead at all times during this exercise. Gradually stop and circle back in the opposite direction 20 more times. Muscles: Shoulders.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING
Neck
If you feel this one in your neck, youre probably tensing up, so relax! Let your shoulders and arms do the work. But make sure to keep your arms totally straight so your elbows dont bend. These should be very small movements.
Shoulders
If you feel pain in your shoulder joints, change the angle of your arms. If the problem persists, try freezing your arms out straight, holding them in position for 30 seconds to 1 minute. If the pain persists, avoid this exercise.
