Today we are preparing stuffed pancakes with interesting fillings! The main and integral ingredient is love and inspiration, and everything else is according to the recipe!
Do you like rice, tuna, cucumber and cheese? – Then these pancakes will become your number one delicacy!

To prepare we will need:

For the test:
- 2 eggs,
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 glass of milk (200 ml)
- 1 cup flour
***stir so that there are no lumps
- 1 glass of boiling water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Filling 1:
0.5 cups rice
- 1 can of tuna in its own juice
- 1 heaping tablespoon of cream cheese (Philadelphia or other cream cheese)
- salt, pepper - by the piece
- 1 cucumber

Filling 2:
- cream cheese
- red fish
- cucumber.

*** You can brown ready-made stuffed pancakes in a frying pan! We taste it better cold, not fried.
