Spring is a time of awakening, renewal, inspiration! We are used to planning: “We’ll start in the spring...” - and each project has its own special undertakings! Let's spice up this cheerful mood with a delicious spring salad that can be placed on any holiday table!

Salad “My whim”

- 3 boiled eggs
- homemade mayonnaise (1 egg, a little salt, 0.5 teaspoon sugar, 0.5 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon vinegar 9%, 180-20 ml vegetable oil)
- tomatoes (I used cherry tomatoes, *** leave the chopped tomatoes on a sieve to drain excess juice)
- smoked chicken (fillet or leg) ***cut finely
- hard cheese
- homemade croutons (they are easy to make: *** 4 slices of white bread, cut into cubes, fry until golden brown, grate cheese and sprinkle on croutons, stir)
- cabbage

Distribute the layers in this order: mayonnaise - chicken - mayonnaise - boiled eggs (salt, black pepper) - mayonnaise - hard cheese (I have Dutch) - mayonnaise - tomatoes - mayonnaise - croutons

Breakfast from your loved one!

Frying pan on fire:
- bread
- 3 yolks + 1 teaspoon of vinegar (*** shake and place in a steam bath, continue stirring, pour in 100 grams of melted butter in a thin stream and continue shaking in a steam bath)
- salt to taste
- ground white pepper
- ground black pepper
- lemon juice (from two lemon rings)

Pour 2 tablespoons of vinegar into boiling water
*** spin the water, break 2 eggs into the water and cook for 2 minutes

For bread - 2 pieces of red fish, 1 egg (boiled without shell), sauce.

Husbands, prepare this breakfast for your beloved wives! I'm sure they will be delighted!
