The fish turned out great👌! It tasted like baked in the oven, but without the browning. Everything is delicious in this pan: the sauce, the veggies, the fish. My son even dipped bread in this sauce, it was so delicious 😜 I recommend it!

I needed:
2 large onions
4-5 garlic cloves
2 tomatoes
1 large sweet pepper
800 g of fish, you can use any fish fillet too.
spices to taste! I have:
1 tsp. fish spice
1 tsp. dried cumin and rosemary
salt
pinch of sugar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
50-70 g butter
