1 onion
1 carrot
50 ml. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp Sahara
1 tbsp. salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
1.5 tbsp. 9% vinegar

- 2- Capelin in the oven without smell!
1 kg. capelin
2 tbsp. soy sauce
a little salt
half a hot red pepper
0.5 tsp Sahara
ground black pepper to taste
0.5 tsp turquoise
0.5 tsp smoked paprika
1/3 tsp. khmeli suneli
1/3 tsp. coriander

3 Delicious jacket potatoes!
1.5 liters of water
500 g salt
800 g potatoes
