Dry the walnuts in the oven and then chop them (very finely).

Dough: puff pastry without yeast

Cookie filling:
- 2 egg whites
- a pinch of salt
- 140 grams of sugar
- a pinch of vanilla sugar
- a pinch of citric acid
- dried ground walnuts

To grease the top of the cookies - 2 yolks and a pinch of salt (you can add a little water or milk)

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°.
