Cupcakes can be baked in a muffin pan, as well as in an oblong cupcake pan, size 20 * 10 cm, baking time - 45-50 minutes.

Ingredients
Flour - 200 g
Eggs - 2 pcs. (100 g without shell)
Olive oil - 80 g
Milk - 80 g
Dried garlic - 1 g
Baking powder - 4 g
Salt - 2 g
Hard cheese mix - 100 g

Italian herbs - 1 g
Olives - 50 g
Sun-dried tomatoes - 50 g
Paprika - 1 g

Preparation
1. Combine sifted flour with baking powder and salt, whole grain flour can be used.
2. Beat eggs at room temperature for a minute, add vegetable oil and continue beating for another minute.
3. Add flour mixture in two steps, alternating with milk at room temperature.
4. Finally, add dried garlic, if desired, and grated hard cheese, whatever you like. I use a mixture of Dutch and Cheddar.
5. Divide the dough into two equal parts using a scale. Add Italian herbs and chopped olives to one part. Add paprika and sun-dried tomatoes to the second part.
6. The most convenient way to fill out forms is with a pastry bag. To do this, you need to make a large hole, about 2 cm.
7. Place the muffin tin on a baking sheet and fill each compartment with 2/3 of the dough volume. In the center of each workpiece, make a recess with a spatula.
8. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C on a medium level without convection, 30 minutes.
9. Slightly suck the muffins in the pan, then remove and cool completely on the wire rack.

Note!
The baking time may differ from the one stated in the video, focus on your oven, and also take into account the material from which the form is made.
