Vegetable oil - 45 g

Preparation
1. Combine sifted flour with a mixture of spices and soda.
2. Combine natural honey with sugar and water. Put on fire and cook until sugar is completely dissolved. Sweet teeth can increase the amount of sugar to taste
3. Add vegetable oil and remove mixture from heat.
4. Pour the flour mixture with the hot mixture and knead into a soft, non-spreading dough.
5. Add dried cranberries or raisins and toasted nuts if desired. You can add only dried fruits or only nuts in the amount of 100 g.
6. Divide the dough in two and place on baking paper with a non-stick layer in the form of two oblong pieces with a diameter of 4-5 cm.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 ° C on a medium level without convection for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
8. Cool for 10-15 minutes and cut into pieces 1-2 cm thick. Put on a baking sheet and dry in an oven preheated to 140 ° C on a medium level, with convection, 20-25 minutes.
9. You can store up to a month in a closed container at room temperature.
