You will need:

Stuffing:

1 pinch of sugar
450 grams of any minced meat
1 sweet bell pepper
1 tbsp. tomato paste
0.5 tsp. dried garlic
ground black pepper
salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Sauce:
200 g sour cream
1 tsp. honey - no slice
salt - to taste
1 tsp. basil and garlic paste or 1 garlic clove
dill
Sauerkraut or pickled cucumber
