When I need to cook chicken, I don't think about it for a long time, I cook it according to this recipe. I don't even remember where I got it, I remember that I wrote it down through a translator - Hungarian chicken! Such a delicious "thing" I'll tell you... with any garnish, and without it: with vegetables and a piece of bread m-m-m, delicious😋 Everything is delicious: both pieces of meat, and gravy just cool!
I needed:
1-2 c.l. of vegetable oil
20 g of butter, you can do without it, but it tastes better with it
1 large onion
2 garlic cloves
On them, a pinch of salt and sugar each
1 sweet pepper
1 tbsp. sweet paprika
1 tbsp. flour
200 ml. strained tomatoes or 2 tbsp. tomato paste, a glass of tomato juice
chicken parts: thigh, shank, wings - whatever you like
a few peas of oregano pepper
bay leaf
ground black pepper
herbs: cilantro, dill, parsley.
